We will move entirely at your pace! Realistic expectations are from a few months with a flexible wishlist, to a year-plus with more specific criteria. 

We are going to grow closer as we get started. We will communicate via text, email and in person at showings. If you see something online you like, send it my way!

That is entirely up to you! Whether you want daily updates, or to only make major decisions, your level of involvement will be dictated by you. I'm here to take as much of the burden off your shoulders, allowing you to focus on your personal life through the selling process.
